Dominique Bärtschi PA & Env. Education
With a Master's degree in Geography and Environmental Science, Dominique Bärtschi has been the assistance of PanEco's managing director since April 2011. Additionally, she supports the team of the Thurauen Centre in environmental education.
Doris Ziani Finances and Human Resoruces
Doris Ziani, originally a social education worker, has been working for PanEco since 2004 in the area of accounting and staff administration.
Daniel Eglin Foundation advisor
The environmental economist works since 2012 for PanEco. As an advisor for foundations and institutions he takes care that the fundraising-applications will be sent to the right foundations. He also is the direct contact person for the institutions.
Caroline Stoiber Communications & Web
Since October 2010 the communication scientist is in
charge of communication and the web. Caroline Stoiber is writing, editing and
coordinating the publications and is responsible for the foundation's webpages.
Dr. Ian Singleton Director of Conservation
Our specialist for orangutans and long term employee Ian Singleton is mainly responsible for the success of the SOCP. He is the director of the Orangutan Conservation Programme and manages new projects in species and nature conservation.
Gabriella Fredriksson Conservation Batang Toru
Experienced in scientific work and nature conservation, Gabriella Fredriksson manages the construction of a research station and the development of a conservation management system in Batang Toru.
Graham Usher Protected Areas Planner
He has over 20 years of working experience with various organizatons and agencies including "Aceh and Nias Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Body" (Badan Rehabilitasi dan Rekonstruksi Aceh Nias BRR).
Andreas Lischke Bird of prey sanctuary
Since August 2010, the assistant manager of the bird of prey sanctuary, Andreas Lischke is the contact person for the sanctuary. The biologist and ornithologist is also responsible for maintenance.
Petra Zajec Environmental Education
Zoologist Petra Zajec is head of the environmental education center UBZ NeulandWeinland. Aditionally she is responsible for our websites and supports the team in public relations.
Cornelia Jenny Environmental Education
Cornelia Jenny, biologist and environmental consultant, has been working for PanEco since 1999. She built up the environmental education center UBZ NeulandWeinland and is today its subsidiary director.
Tobias Ryser Environmental ecucation
Since 2012 the agricultural architect works as a ranger in the Thurauen. As a ranger he informs directly on-site about the natural resources, their value and the protection regulations. Furthermore he controls the observation of the rules.
